Tax Manager

A well-known large consumer products corporation is hiring for Tax Manager. Responsibilities include:

• • Assist in research and reporting of tax matters including tax disclosures
  • Analyze provision adjustments including global tax provisions
  • Prepare/ review federal and state returns
  • Gather documents and prepare responses to tax authorities
  • Assist in international tax compliance

                Requirements 

• • Atleast 5 years relevant experience 
  • CPA with public accounting background preferred
