Senior Property Accountant

A growing property management Company  is hiring for a Senior Accountant to perform following responsibilities

• • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
  • Prepare GL and bank reconciliations, and journal entries ensuring working paper files for all residential and commercial properties are maintained
  • Support in preparation of annual budgets
  • Process tenant year-end realty tax and CAM billings
  • Prepare variance analysis and tenant spreadsheets
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages including various reports, detailed schedules, and consolidated financial reports

            Requirements 

• • Relevant experience in property management/ real estate
  • Nice to Have Yardi
