Accounting Manager

A well-known large condominium property management company is looking for a Accounting Manager to perform following responsibilities

• • Supervise a team of property accountants : receivable , payable, GL 
  • Review financial statement packages
  • Approve  GL and bank reconciliations. Prepare and review working papers for budgets and financial packages 
  • Manage investment Reserve and Operating fund investment analysis
  • Manage banking , cashflow and treasury analysis
  • Manage corporations properties contracts and budgets along with Property Managers and Board
  • Coordinate with auditors

            Requirements 

• • Atleast  3 plus years relevant experience 
  • Experience in property management industry is must
