International Transfer Pricing Director

We are hiring for International Transfer Pricing Director for a global manufacturing Company. Responsibilities include:

• • Prepare and analyze interim transfer pricing charges, accounting entries, transactions and adjustments and any adjustments required for stand alone and consolidated financials

  • Assess impact of transfer pricing on withholding taxes and consolidated effective tax rate 

  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation and files for multiple entity and country wise reporting

• • Evaluate intercompany cost based transactions and profit split model and update intercompany agreements

• • Manage external benchmarking analysis

• • Manage all transfer pricing audit issues by gathering and analyzing information and preparing audit responses

• • Ensure transfer pricing is inline with country specific guidelines

            Requirements 

• • Atleast 8-10 years relevant experience
  • CPA or CFA
