IT Analyst

We are hiring for a IT Analyst for a global manufacturing Company. Responsibilities include:

• • Maintain system documentation including user training & user support documentation and ensure data integrity of manufacturing IT systems.

  • Ensure effective coordination with stakeholders including setting up agreements with vendors for platform and database support.
  • Responsible for new product setups and change control & configuration management of systems.

• • Execute incident & problem investigations ensuring quality solutions with appropriate effective corrective actions
  • Support initiatives for process improvement ensuring overall user satisfaction with systems.

• • Manage all data flow of serialization data and monitor serialization and track and trace regulatory requirements ensuring the company’s compliance.

  • Monitor and provide technical support for Serialization systems (Tracelink).

            Requirements 

• • Atleast 5-10 years relevant experience
  • Ability to read/write EPCIS(XML) files and understanding of GS1 standards.  
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
